Born and raised in Rio Rico, Arizona, and a second-generation Korean American, Sharon recognized a significant gap in the hair care industry for products that are both high-quality and accessible. This realization inspired her to co-create a brand that centers community, confidence, and self-expression. Sharon’s leadership and innovative approach have earned her recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Beyond her role at INH, she advocates for AAPI representation and mentors emerging beauty brands, leveraging her platform to uplift others in the industry.
Jordynn Wynn
Jordynn Wynn is the co-founder of INH Hair, known for her entrepreneurial drive and authentic connection with the INH Babes community. Hailing from Wyoming, Jordynn first honed her business acumen by running Braid Bars during her time at Pepperdine University and then rapidly advanced from intern to Marketing Director at ColourPop Cosmetics. She brings a creative spirit and community-driven vision to INH, focusing on providing innovative, trend-forward hair solutions for Millennials and Gen Z. Guided by inclusivity and social responsibility, Jordynn supports minority-run small businesses and has been named a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur. Her leadership continues to help shape INH’s expanding lineup, including the brand’s latest innovations in hair care and styling.
