Daniel Martin is a New York-based makeup artist, entrepreneur, and investor. Since beginning his career in 2004, his work has been featured in Vogue, Marie Claire, ELLE, Interview, and Harper’s Bazaar. His diverse clientele includes Elisabeth Moss, Priyanka Chopra, Jessica Biel, Nina Dobrev, Michelle Yeoh, Gemma Chan, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, for whom he created the wedding-day makeup look in 2018.
Daniel has earned numerous accolades, including Marie Claire’s New Guard Artist of the Year (2017) and InStyle’s Makeup Artist of the Year (2019). He has collaborated with top fashion brands such as Proenza Schouler and Chris Benz, worked alongside makeup legends Pat McGrath and Patti DuBroff, and created visuals with photographers Steven Meisel, Annie Leibovitz, and Ellen Von Unwerth. He currently serves as Tatcha’s Global Director of Artistry and Education.
